I felt lucky enough to have toured a completely biodynamic and organic farm in upcountry Maui-but to then be invited to eat at their gourmet restaurant in downtown Lahaiana, Maui was even more amazing!

I’O is nothing short of spectacular and deserves far more credit than just being known as a place for fine dining in Maui.
